Have a Go Archery Sessions

Booking a Have a Go Session

Phoenix Bowmen are available to book for Have A Go Archery sessions throughout the year, they take place at either our indoor range at Fire and Water, Sowerby Bridge, or at our outdoor range which is located at Old Rishworthians in Copley. Locations

These events are open to all and give you a chance to try archery with friends or colleagues for a small cost. They are a taster and an easy way for you to pick up a bow and see what shooting is all about.
The fees are £10 per head for 1 hour, paid in advance by BACS.

* An increased surcharge may apply to smaller groups. *

This is a great opportunity to try archery – meet club members and get information about the club and its activities.

We provide all the equipment, show you how to use it safely and then you will have a go!

Upcoming Have a Go Sessions

Our next have a go session is Saturday morning 12th September 2026.
